Close Account & Data Deletion
How to delete my account
Go to Profile Settings from the sidebar bottom menu- Navigate to your profile settings and find at the bottom a red button that says “Delete account”, you will be asked a confirmation phase to finish deleting your account.
What Gets Deleted
All posts - All scheduled, published, and draft posts
Media files - All uploaded images, videos, and other media
Account data - All workspace settings and configurations
Team data - All team member information and permissions
Analytics data - All performance data and insights
Billing information - All payment and subscription data
Data Deletion Timeline
Immediate - Account access is revoked immediately
30 days - Complete data deletion from all systems
Backup removal - All backups are permanently deleted
Confirmation - Receive final confirmation of data removal
Before Closing Your Account
Export data - Download any important content or analytics
Cancel subscriptions - Ensure all billing is properly handled
Notify team - Inform team members about account closure
Backup content - Save any important posts or media files
Account Recovery
No recovery - Once deleted, accounts cannot be recovered
Data loss - All data is permanently lost
New account - You can create a new account, but previous data is gone
No refunds - No refunds for unused subscription time
Data Security
Secure deletion - All data is securely and permanently removed
Privacy compliance - Deletion process complies with privacy regulations
No data retention - No data is kept after account closure
Confirmation process - Multiple confirmations required to prevent accidental deletion
