How to report a bug

If you find a bug, please let us know so we can fix it quickly.

We have 3 methods to report issues:

Reporting a Bug through our chat

  1. Access support chat - Click on Support in your sidebar menu

  2. Start chat - Click "Send us a message"

  3. Provide Details - Provide as many details as possible and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Reporting a Bug through Feedback widget

  1. Access feeback widget - Click on Feedback in your sidebar menu

  2. Select Bug board

  3. Provide Details - Provide as many details as possible and we will try to fix it as soon as possible. There is an integrated snapshot tool that you can use to show us in detail what is your issue.

Body:

  • Description: [what went wrong]

  • Steps to Reproduce: [step 1, step 2, step 3…]

  • Expected Behavior: [what should have happened]

  • Actual Behavior: [what actually happened]

  • Screenshots / Videos: [optional]

  • Browser / Device: [e.g., Chrome on macOS]

  • Workspace Name: [your workspace name]
