Media Gallery

Use the Media Gallery to upload, organize, edit, convert, and reuse images and videos.

Upload media

1. Select Media from the sidebar.

2. Open the folder where you want to save the files.

3. Select Upload.

4. Drag files into the uploader, browse your computer, or choose Dropbox when available.

5. Wait for uploading and processing to finish.

Supported gallery uploads include JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, and QuickTime files. Your plan’s media-storage limit applies to uploaded and generated copies.

Organize files with folders

• Select Folder to create a folder with a name and color.

• Select one or more files and choose Move to place them in another folder.

• Switch between grid and list views when browsing.

• Rename a selected file or folder with Rename.

Deleting a folder also deletes its contents. Deletion cannot be undone.

Import from Canva

1. Open the Canva option from Media.

2. Select Connect to Canva and authorize your account if needed.

3. Find a design and choose its format, quality, and pages.

4. Select Import.

You can also send supported media to Canva, edit it, and return to dopost. Choose Replace Original or Create as New File when the edited design is ready.

Convert media

1. Select one media file.

2. Choose Convert.

3. Select a format, output size, platform preset, crop, fit mode, and compression level as needed.

4. Choose Replace original or Save as copy.

5. Select Convert and wait for processing to complete.

Replacing updates the existing file everywhere it is used. Saving a copy creates another file and uses additional storage. Replacement is unavailable when the file is used by scheduled posts, protecting those deliveries from an unexpected media change.
