Month

See your content across a month.

Week

Review publishing dates and hourly time slots.

List

Browse upcoming content in chronological order.

Use the navigation arrows to move between periods. Select Today to return to the current date.

Filter by social account

  1. Open Filters in the calendar toolbar.

  2. Select the accounts you want to see.

  3. Select Apply filters.

Select Clear filters to show all accounts again. Leaving all accounts unselected also shows everything.

Create a post from the calendar

  1. Find the date or time slot where you want to publish.

  2. Select Add.

  3. Select your social accounts and prepare the content.

  4. Check the publishing date and time.

  5. Schedule the post.

You can also choose From Draft to open an existing draft and prepare it for publishing.

Open an existing post

Select a post to view its content and available actions.

  • Scheduled posts: edit the content or change the publishing schedule.

  • Published posts: use the available viewing or duplication actions. Published content cannot be edited in dopost.

  • Failed posts: review the publishing result and the guidance provided.

  • Recurring posts: open the recurring series to manage its content and schedule.

Posts that are currently processing cannot be edited until publishing finishes.

Reschedule by dragging

On desktop, drag an eligible scheduled post to another date or time slot.

  • In Month or List, moving a post changes its date and keeps its existing publishing time.

  • In Week, dropping a post into an hourly slot sets its publishing time to the start of that hour.

The change is saved when the post is dropped. Wait for the confirmation before making another change.

Only regular scheduled posts can be moved this way. Published posts, processing posts and recurring entries cannot be dragged.

On mobile, open the post and use Reschedule instead.

View recurring posts

Recurring entries show upcoming occurrences of a repeating series.

Select an entry to open its series settings. Manage recurring content through those settings rather than dragging individual entries.

Choose who can see a calendar

When adding a calendar, choose:

  • Only me: visible only to you.

  • Everyone on this workspace: shared with members of the current workspace.

Workspace calendars can be managed by users with the required workspace permissions. Other members may see them as Read only.

The visibility choice cannot be changed after the calendar has been created.

Manage your calendars

Open Synced calendars to:

  • Show or hide calendars you can manage.

  • Edit their available settings.

  • Refresh a calendar subscription.

  • Delete a calendar through its editing dialog.

Having trouble?

  • Calendar link does not work: check that you used an ICS subscription link.

  • Sync failed: check that the source calendar is still accessible, then select Refresh.

  • File cannot be imported: check that it is an .ics file within the 2 MB limit.

  • Calendar already added: manage the existing calendar instead of adding it again.

  • Read only: ask a workspace Owner or Admin to update the shared calendar.
