Account Security & Two-Factor Authentication
Manage your password and two-factor authentication from your profile settings.
Set or change your password
Open Settings → Profile.
Find the security section.
Select the password setup or change action.
Enter your current password when requested.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Save the change.
If your account does not have a password, dopost may offer a setup action instead of a password change.
Enable two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication adds a verification step to your sign-in.
Open Settings → Profile.
Find Two-factor authentication and select its setup action.
Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
Enter the current verification code.
Confirm setup.
Save the backup codes shown by dopost before closing the dialog.
Keep your backup codes somewhere secure and separate from your phone.
Use a backup code
If you cannot access your authenticator, use the backup-code option on the verification screen.
Backup codes are single-use. Do not share them with anyone.
Disable two-factor authentication
Open Settings → Profile.
Select the disable action for two-factor authentication.
Enter the requested verification code.
Confirm.
Having trouble?
A verification code is rejected: use the latest code and check that your device’s date and time are correct.
You lost your authenticator: use an unused backup code.
You cannot access either: contact dopost support.
A password change fails: check the current password and the validation messages.
