Manage Your Posts

Use Posts to find, update, duplicate, or remove content in the active workspace.

Find your posts

Select Posts from the sidebar, then choose the relevant view:

  • Draft β€” saved content that has not been prepared for publishing.

  • Scheduled β€” content waiting for its publishing time.

  • Recurring β€” repeating series and their next occurrences.

  • Published β€” content successfully sent to a social platform.

  • Failed β€” content that could not be published.

  • Processing β€” content currently being sent to a platform.

Recurring series can also be Active, Paused, Completed, or Stopped.

Edit a draft or scheduled post

  1. Open the post from Posts or Calendar.

  2. Update its content, media, or platform settings.

  3. Select Save Draft, Save Changes, or Reschedule, depending on its current state.

Published posts cannot be edited in dopost. Duplicate a published post to create an editable copy.

Reschedule a post

  1. Open a scheduled post.

  2. Select Reschedule.

  3. Choose a new date and time.

  4. Confirm Reschedule.

dopost cancels the previous schedule and creates the new one.

Duplicate a post

Open the post and select Duplicate post. dopost creates a new editable copy, it does not change the original or republish automatically.

Remove or cancel a post

  • Deleting a draft removes it from the workspace.

  • Deleting a scheduled post cancels its schedule, so it will not publish.

  • Move to draft cancels a schedule but keeps the content for editing.

  • Deleting a published post removes only the DoPost record. It does not delete the live post from the social network.

Deletion cannot be undone.

When a post fails

Open the failed post and review its result. Common causes include expired authorization, media rejected by the platform, missing platform settings, or a temporary platform error.

Reconnect the account or correct the content, then duplicate or retry the post when that action is available. Check the social network before retrying if the result is unclear, so you do not publish a duplicate.

Having trouble?

  • Processing posts cannot be edited until publishing finishes.

  • If a scheduled post says Reconnect required, reconnect its account from Connections.

  • If a post is not visible, confirm that you are in the correct workspace and status view.

  • Published content must be edited or deleted directly on the social platform.
