Recurrent posts

Recurring posts reuse content on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.

A recurring series contains the content, selected accounts and repetition settings for future publications.

Create a recurring post

  1. Open Create Post.

  2. Select the accounts and prepare the content.

  3. Open the scheduling controls.

  4. Choose the first publication date and time.

  5. Open Repeat and enable repetition.

  6. Choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly.

  7. Set the interval.

  8. For a weekly schedule, select the days.

  9. Choose when the series ends.

  10. Review and save the schedule.

For example, an interval of 2 weeks repeats the post every other week on the selected days.

Continues until the series is paused or removed, subject to publishing availability.

On date

Ends according to the selected end date.

After posts

Ends after the configured number of occurrences.

An occurrence is a scheduled run of the series. Check its publishing result separately to confirm that the social platform accepted it.

Review your recurring series

Open Posts → Recurring, or select a recurring entry in the Calendar.

Review the series status, repetition settings, next publication and available actions.

StatusMeaning

Active

The series is enabled.

Paused

Future repetition is temporarily suspended.

Completed

The configured ending condition has been reached.

Stopped

The series is no longer continuing. Review its details before restarting or replacing it.

Edit a series

Open an active or paused series and select its edit action.

Update the content, accounts or repetition settings, then review and save the next publication time.

Changes apply to future publications. They do not edit content already published on a social network.

Pause or resume

Select Pause to suspend future publications and confirm the action.

Select Resume when you want the series to continue. Review the next publication time after resuming.

Remove a series

Open the series, select its delete action and confirm.

Removing the series cancels its future queued publications. Content already published on social networks remains there.

Timezone and limits

Recurring schedules use the timezone configured for the series. Check it when creating or editing the schedule.

Plan limits, account permissions and platform requirements still apply to each publication. Keep connections active and review failed results.

Having trouble?

  • The series cannot be edited: an occurrence may be processing, or the series may no longer be active or paused.

  • An occurrence failed: review its result and correct the connection, content or media.

  • The timing is unexpected: check the timezone, interval and selected weekdays.

  • You want to move a recurring entry: edit the series; recurring entries cannot be rescheduled by dragging them in the Calendar.
